Single Workout Ticket with Goody Bag £20- 1 x Fitness Class, Unlimited Inspirational Talks, Access to Exhibitors and Goody Bag worth £60+ Please note there is limited liability for all sessions and works on a first come first served basis.

Double Workout Ticket with Goody Bag £35- 2 x Fitness Classes, Unlimited Inspirational Talks, Access to Exhibitors and Goody Bag worth £60+ Please note there is limited liability for all sessions and works on a first come first served basis.

Unlimited Workouts, 1 x Workshop and Meditation £45-  Unlimited Classes, Unlimited Inspirational Talks, Access to Exhibitors and Goody Bag worth £60+ and 1 x Workshop and access to Meditation Room. * Please note there is limited liability for all sessions and works on a first come first served basis.

VIP Ticket £60- Unlimited Classes, Unlimited Inspirational Talks, 1 xWorkshop ( limited availability), Meditation Dome Access, Access to Exhibitors and Goody Bag worth £120+ and queue jump to classes and talks, Access to Beauty Bar Area with  1 x Pre Booked Beauty Treatments & Pampering

2. When you see the class, workshop or talk of your choice, click the check box to confirm attendance.

3. All ticket types can book unlimited talks for their session. If you have purchased a
General Admission Ticket, you’ll only be able to book onto talks, not classes. If you have purchased a Single Workout Ticket, you’ll be able to book onto one workout class. If you have purchased a Double Workout Ticket, you’ll be able to book onto two workout classes. If you have purchased an Unlimited Workouts, 1 x Workshop and Meditation you will be able to do this. For your VIP Ticket, you’ll be able to book onto unlimited workout classes along with 1 x Workshop, Meditation, Beauty Treatment.

4. You’re good to go! Don’t worry if you change your mind, you can login and change your schedule at any time. To review your schedule click on your profile icon at the top right of the browser and click ’My Account’

5. If you’ve booked a ticket for a friend you will need to share the ticket with them and they will need to log in and create their own schedule. Please read this if you need help on this : https://sched.com/support/guide/transfer-your-eventbrite-ticket/

6. There will be an opportunity to put your name down on the wait list for additional workouts on the day should people dropout.

7. FOOD- We have partnered with local restaurants in the Canary Wharf Shopping Centre, located under the venue! Attendees will receive discounts on different restaurants to enjoy food and drinks throughout the day.

Mindfulness Meditation

During this workshop we will explore what mindfulness meditation is and how it can be used to calm our mind and build our mental resilience. We will explore the neuroscience behind stress and mindfulness and then do a 15-minute guided meditation. This workshop is for anyone looking to understand how their mind works so that they work with their mind instead of feeling like they’re battling against it.
